Does Cock & Tails ship internationally?
We ship globally vis USPS/DHL for our card game. Our Lit Kit sets are only shipped within the US! International rates vary by location and will be auto-generated at check out. Please keep in mind that in very rare cases customers will need to pay a customs/V.A.T. fee. The customer will be responsible for [paying this.
What does shipping cost within the US?
All orders shipped in the United States are free. YASSS.
How long does shipping take? (COVID UPDATE)
Shipping within the US takes about 3-6 Business Days via USPS. International shipping can take anywhere from 1-21 days.
Please keep in mind COVID-19 might cause delays to your shipment. Especially if your order is international. Once your order has shipped we have no control over shipping times. We appreciate your patience during this time.
How can I track my package?

My order has not arrived or is just showing as "pre-shipment".
Firstly, please check your tracking number. If the estimated shipping date has passed please contact us at sos@cockandtailsgame.com. Please be mindful, Covid-19 is delaying many shipments, and we have no control over that. Post Offices are taking longer than usual to scan in packages. Rest assured the date your shipping label was created was the day it was dropped off. In past situations international orders have seen packages turn from "pre-shipment" to "delivered" after a few weeks.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not been shipped, please email us at sos@cockandtailsgame.com ASAP so we can see if we can adjust your order. If you tracking number shows "pre-shipment" or "in-transit" we are no longer able to adjust your order. USPS takes our packages to their sorting facility and does not scan them in for 12-36 hours typically. This is due to the stress covid has put on many USPS location in the country. It's not ideal, but it's the reality. Thank you for your patience. <3
How can I get a refund for my items?
If it has been less than 14 days since receiving your item and it's still in its original plastic packaging , please email sos@cockandtailsgame.com. Please include your order number so we can send you a return label for your convenience.
Please allow us a couple days to review your item(s) and verify the condition. Once confirmed, we will refund you your total, minus the return shipping.
How can I exchange my items?
We do not offer exchanges. However, you can return the item after receiving it. For that process please look at the question above. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us sos@cockandtailsgame.com.
How long do refunds take to get back into my bank?
Typically, money will be sent back to your account in 3 -5 business days. Shopify, the e-commerce service we use, estimates 10 days but have found that time frame to a worst circumstance situation.
My shipment shows "delivered", but I have yet to receive it.
Stay calm. USPS sometimes will prematurely mark items as "shipped". We recommend waiting 2 days before reaching out to us. If you still have no package please email us sos@cockandtailsgame.com so we can file a missing package claim.
My item has been damaged while in transit, what can I do?
Please email sos@cockandtailsgame.com with your order number and pictures showing the damage so we can rectify the situation.
